CLAT full form is The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam held every year to offer admissions to various National Law Universities. It is one of the most competitive exams in India and it requires a lot of preparation and hard work to clear it successfully. It is a test that aims to provide the best admission to students seeking admission into undergraduate degrees in Law, such as the BA LLB and LL.M programs.

To start preparing for the CLAT 2023 exam, candidates must first create an account on the official website of the Consortium. Then, they must fill in their educational qualifications, personal information, and communication details. Once the form is submitted, they can pay the application fee online using credit card or debit cards.

The next step is to upload the scanned photographs and signatures of the candidate. These documents will be verified during the document verification process. Once the application form is complete, candidates will be able to download their admit card and seat allotment letter.

Moreover, candidates must also check the exam dates. This is very important as it will help them in making sure that they do not miss any of the important notifications related to the exam. The deadline for the application form is June 15, and it can be filled up by anyone who has passed their 12th class with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (less 5 % for reserved categories).

Before starting preparing for the CLAT exam, candidates must understand the topics that are going to be asked in the exam. This will help them to plan their study schedule and revise the syllabus a few months before the exam. It is advisable to devote dedicated hours of study for every topic.

As part of the preparation process, candidates must practice multiple sets of the question paper. This will help them to improve their accuracy and speed. This will also increase their confidence, and they will be able to get through the exam with ease.

Besides, the students must read and understand the comprehension paragraphs that they will be given. These are based on current issues that affect the country and the world. They must also be aware of static topics like history, polity and economics.

The last part of the preparation is to prepare for the general knowledge and current affairs section. These sections will require the students to read and analyze articles in newspapers and editorials, and to be aware of the latest news from around the globe.
